Provide the complete holder code, pocket size, clamping components and left- or right-hand orientation. A holder drawing or clear pocket photo is useful when the code is incomplete.
Can TNMA replace a visually similar insert?
Do not substitute by outline alone. Confirm all four ISO letters, size, thickness, hole diameter, corner radius, hand and holder seat before approving an interchange.
How should the nose radius be selected for TNMA?
Choose it from required surface finish, feed, radial force and part rigidity. A larger radius can strengthen the corner but may increase vibration risk on slender parts or weak setups.
What cutting information should accompany a TNMA sample request?
