The minimum order quantity depends on the product and brand. Many standard stock inserts can be ordered by the box, while custom-made products and special packaging are quoted separately.

Samples are available for selected products and applications. Sample quantity, product cost and shipping terms depend on the item and destination. Contact us with your machining requirements for confirmation.
How quickly can I receive a quotation?
We normally respond within one business day after receiving complete product or application information. Requests that require grade matching, compatibility checks or custom production may take slightly longer.

What packaging and customization options are available?
Products are packed in protective plastic boxes and reinforced export cartons. Neutral packaging, customized labels and private-label packaging may be available for eligible CarbideMatch products. Original branded products are supplied in their applicable packaging.
What shipping methods do you support?
Orders can be shipped by international express, air freight, sea freight or through your nominated freight forwarder in China. The recommended method depends on shipment weight, destination and required delivery time.
